• NetzNetz proposal due Sunday 26th,  in only 11 days
  • We just need to get the proposal in.
  • “Please Validate me” emails are sent on the days before Sunday 26th Midnight
  • 2 weeks then for MA7 to reject any proposals
  • Sunday 10th May is Voting
• Validation up until 26th April as well

Open discussion:

• stefan:  Plan A is logical consequence, it has not unfolded as a sustainable impact as yet
• oli: better to do many smaller events, smaller brochures than one big event, one big book
• we have to produce the content… what kind of content can be produced?
• tanya: a think every few months is never closed, we need for that a main topic
• oli: our main topic is BYI
• the template design for both is needed, and that is the most expensive part
• simon: we could maybe do a cooperation with an existing magazine, maybe even sell the content
• (which won’t help for NetzNetz, but maybe think about it later)
• call the HAR plan the Resonance plan, we can call it whatever you like …
• living resonance, presenting a,b,c… a rhizomatic installation
• metalab are planning 60-80 people, flights, trucks, tents, etc.
• netznetz vote splitting is obligatory … have to give at least 20 points to someone else
• minimum is 4000 for netznetz is to be expected
• Simon: Plan C, cooperate with BIMA guys, empty water tower, beamers from the video/sound/light group.
• Sofia event is in June, no exact date, planned 3 days
• highly similar to Plan B, distance, transport, ideas…
• who is going to write it?  Tanya won’t be able to come to NL

• Available for NL/August:  Oliver, Matthias, JVK, Doris.  Not:  Nuss, Binsh, Tanya.
• Flights, etc can be covered by other proposals/sources.
